Candida Safe Green Soup Recipe

Here is one of my favorite soup recipes! It's CANDIDA SAFE, I call it Green Soup, a spin off of the traditional Green Smoothie, which if you have a healthy gut is great! 


If you have a leaky inflamed gut the raw plant fibres, especially things like kale, can aggravate your gut in further and really slow down your healing process causing more inflammation and uncomfortable symptoms like bloating.

Blended soups cooked well gives you a break from hard plant fibers while you heal your gut!

This soup is great to take with you Candida Cleanser capsules. Add 14g-28g of your favorite fat to your bowl and take with your CCWS pills, and remember it's still a good to chew your blended foods, as that aides in the production of necessary digestive enzymes.

My go to veggies for the soup are:

Green beans
Cilantro or parsley
Season to taste with salt & pepper and add a dash of apple cider vinegar after you've blended.

CAUTION: Beware of the cruciferous family such as cabbage, kale, and broccoli if you are still healing leaky gut. They can cause gut irritation and bloating! 

Fats you can add: Organic olive oil, grass fed ghee, grass fed butter, avocado oil, organic heavy cream. Remember, only use what you can tolerate. Listen to YOUR gut.
