The Candida Cleanser 45 Day Protocol Explained

The Candida Cleanser protocol is a 45 day treatment consisting of 3 loading periods.

Each loading period is 5 days. 

During this time you take 1 CCWS capsule 4 times a day. Each capsule needs to be taken with 14 grams of fat because the active ingredient, Lufenuron, is fat soluble. 

If you don't take the cleanse with fat, the cleanse will not work!

This 5 day 'loading period' is followed by a 10 day "off period" - this is one cycle.

Repeat this 2 more times--5 days on 10 days, 5 days on 10 days off-- for a total of 45 days.

It helps to track your days on a calendar during the protocol. Often times die-off will hit bringing on brain fog and forgetfulness and you'll be left in a zombie-like haze trying to figure out what day it is or if you even took your capsule yet.

Cleanse smart and keep track with a journal and calendar.

**If you have a hard time swallowing pills you can open up the capsules and sprinkle the powder on your food. The powder has no taste to it.

**Note: The last 10 day 'off period' is omitted from the calendar example above.


The Truth About Lufenuron - Big Pharma Exposed
The active ingredient in the CCWS Candida Cleanser is Lufenuron. Derived from the palm tree and rubber plant, it acts as a chitin synthase enzyme inhibitor.

Lufenuron is completely safe, non-toxic (actually more safe to ingest than table salt), and has no negative side effects because nothing in the human body consists of this chitin molecule or these specific enzymes.

Candida fungus grows a protective exoskeleton made of chitin-- the same exoskeleton of cockroaches, fleas, and lobster. 
This stuff is like a fortress wall, totally impenetrable by any force within the human body.

Lufenuron interferes with Candida’s ability to make or repair this protective chitin layer cell wall. It does so by suppressing the function of it’s chitin synthase (CHS) enzymes. As Candida’s cell wall collapses your own immune system is finally be able to lay siege to the fungal colony.

Unlike other prescription anti-fugnals that get processed by the liver and damage this vital organ of yours, Lufenuron is not proceed by the kidneys or liver. This means that  

 Lufenuron has NO negative side effects.

During the loading periods you body pulls in the Lufenuron. Then during the cleanse it slowly begins to be released for continual action against the Candida fungus. After the last loading cycle Lufenuron can continue releasing for at least another month. 

This long term release is a vital component to the cleanse because chitin deconstruction doesn’t happen in a few short hours or days, it takes much longer for this protective layer to crumble to it’s defeat. 

Your body’s immune system also fluctuates daily and needs a treatment that covers you for several weeks. This is why we STRONGLY recommend the 5 days on 10 days off x 3 protocol, to maximize the power and efficiency of the cleanse. 

Even after you’ve finish the 45 day treatment, Lufenuron is still stored in your fat cells and will continue to release for a few weeks. Even though your Candida Cleanser supplement protocol is complete, the cleanse is still at work and your immune system is still working to defeat the fungus. 

For people with advanced systemic Candida infections in level 3 and beyond, we recommend doing at least two 45 day cleanses back to back.

"Doubling Up"
For me this protocol of taking 1 capsule 4 times a day is a bit difficult to do because I don't eat that often. For those of you who are having a hard time with the dosing schedule, you can do what I do and "Double Up."

Take 2 CCWS capsules 2 times a day. 

But if you do this, you have to DOUBLE UP on the fat as well- eat 28 grams of fat with the 2 pills. 

This may seem like a lot of fat at first, but when you begin to do the math it really isn't that much.

Plus, when we stop filling up on starchy carbohydrates, like rice and bread, that act as fillers in our diet, we have more room for this fat which will not only keep us fuller for longer, it will help us curb sugar craving and help us maintain steady energy levels throughout the day. 

When you replace the sugar and carbohydrates in your diet with healthy fats you can kiss goodbye those afternoon sugar crashes and hunger pains!

When I double up I like to eat a big breakfast and dinner. In the morning I'll cook up 2-3 eggs on 2 tbsp of ghee, throw in a few mushrooms and asparagus, maybe throw in a chicken sausage.

For dinner I'll eat a piece of wild sockeye salmon, on a bed of stir fried veggies that I cooked in ghee. I'll use some home made beef bone broth in the stir fry instead of water.

These meals easily surpass the 28 grams of fat needed for 2 capsules, and most importantly they leave me feeling satiated and full of energy.


Healthy Fats To Take With The Candida Cleanser

When choosing healthy fats to combine with the Candida Cleanser always choose organic, grass-fed, cold pressed. Stay away from processed vegetable oils like canola.

*Remember, when calculating fat you are always getting an estimated amount. All food is grown in different conditions, one egg might have 5 grams of fat, and the other 8. Depending on the chicken who laid the egg, the diet of the chicken, and the size of the egg. I always recommend that you eat a little extra bit of fat rather than "just enough".

Choosing humanly raised, organic, and sustainably sourced and grown foods will ensure that the fat content of your food is nutrient dense and actually healthy.

Here are a few ideas along with the general fat content to help you calculate.

1 tbsp of ghee - 15 grams of fat
1 tbsp grass-fed butter - 11.5 grams of fat
1 large organic egg with yolk - 6 grams
1 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil - 13.5 grams of fat
1 avocado - 29.5 grams of fat
1/2 cup of almonds - 36 grams of fat
1 cup of organic grass-fed yogurt - 8 grams of fat
1 cup of grass-fed beef bone broth - 4 grams of fat

Other options include:

Hemp oil
Avocado oil
Wild fish
Wild game
Organic free range chicken
Grass-fed beef
Coconut milk and other nut milks
Nuts and seeds (and their butters): pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, hazelnuts, macadamia, cashew
Olives 

**IMPORTANT NOTE**
DO NOT take Coconut oil or MCT oil during your 5 day loading period.
The medium chain trigylcerides (MCT's) in coconut oil can interfere with the absorption of the Candida Cleanser.

Coconut oil is fine on your off days and serves as an excellent source of healthy dietary fat.

Saturated Fats Do NOT Cause Heart Disease

I understand if you are unsure about eating this much fat. Especially because for the past 30 years we've been advised to lower our intake of dietary fats since they "make you fat and cause heart disease."

I'm sorry if you have become victim to this blatant nutritional lie, (one of the biggest propagandas in health history!), but it's time we get out fat facts straight.

It all started because of a man named Ancel Keys who cherry picked his scientific data to support his bias theory that saturated fats cause heart disease. He simply threw out information that went against what he was trying to prove.

Along with a few bad studies, misguided political decisions, and the strong influence of the greedy sugar industry, (who paid Harvard scientists to put the blame on fat), the 'fat-free' era began-- and the public's healthy began to plummet!

There has never been ANY clinical evidence that eating fat is bad. Actually the opposite is true.

In 2010 the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition evaluated 21 studies done on dietary saturated fat consumption that included over 350,000 people. All of these studies concluded that eating saturated fats had no effect on weight gain, heart disease, stroke, or cardiovascular disease.

Turns out saturated fats do NOT cause cardio vascular disease, they actually help protect against it.
